Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to drive sales performance, oversee daily operations, and deliver exceptional gifting and scent experiences. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, coordinate product curation, and ensure operational excellence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Curate gift boxes and scent packages tailored to client needs
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience
- Oversee order fulfilment and operational processes
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Manage distributors, stock levels, and market coverage
- Coach and develop sales and operations teams
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years' sales experience (gifting/scent industry preferred)
- Strong communication, sales, and client management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in gift curation
