Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage billing, quotations, and tender documentation for ELV and ICT projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial documentation, support tender submissions, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and tender documents
- Track billing milestones and follow up on payments
- Liaise with Sales, Finance, Projects, and Technical teams for accurate billing
- Resolve billing disputes and maintain strong client relationships
- Source pricing and prepare datasheets and cost comparisons
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, ICT, or related field
- 2–4 years' experience in billing, quotation, or tendering roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of ICT/ELV solutions and pricing structures
- Strong numerical accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills
